Delivery and shipping costs

All orders above 25 euros are shipped for free. For orders under 25 euros, 3.95 euros shipping costs will be charged. 

On the page where you place your order, you will be clearly informed about the shipping costs.


Delivery area


Our items are only delivered in the Netherlands.


Short delivery time


We ship your order the same working day, but no later than the next working day.

You will receive your order within 1-2 business days.

You can view the status of your order in your personal customer account and via the link of our shipping partner for tracking the shipment.

You will be informed by e-mail about your order status. Moreover, you can always view these in your customer account.


How can I track my order?

Orders are always sent as a parcel or letterbox package, so that we can keep an eye on the order via Track and Trace code. Letterbox packages are sent with regular mail, which means that PostNL often cannot give an exact delivery time.
As soon as your package leaves the door, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your Track and Trace code.

Returns

It is of course possible that an item does not fully meet your expectations or that you want to return the item for other reasons. That is not a problem at all.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.
After receiving the returned package, we will refund the amount of the returned item to your account within 10 days.
Please note: the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account.

We only accept returns that meet the following conditions:

  • The items must be unworn and undamaged. Trying on the clothes is of course allowed.
  • The items must be unwashed.
  • The items may not have been repaired (or attempted to be) by you.
  • The return shipment is properly packaged.
  • The return shipment is sufficiently stamped.
